I think we all loved this place. We knew we were going to be staying in a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit. When we got there we found a 4 bedroom/game room, and a half bath. To top that off we also found a washer and dryer in the unit plus on the back patio there was a hot tub. The hot tub was the best part, we all loved it. Icing on the cake there was internet in the room, ekkk. My daughter loved the playground that was near our room. The community pool and hot tub were nice, the club house had a fireplace and pool table. I didn't have a chance to checkout the fitness center, but was very happy with the resort in general. We would visit again.
Great quiet and clean family friendly community. Great views. Easy access to all the theme parks, shopping centers,supermarkets, diners, Etc... Great clubhouse facilities w/ very nice heated pool and hot tub, movie teather, fitness center, BBQ area, and friendly welcoming staff. Friendly neighbors overall. A great place to live.
This resort was quite a pleasant surprise. When we got our reservation, we didn't know what to expect, so we were thrilled to find the room was actually a townhouse. The quality was very nice and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped and had high quality appliances. As far as location, the resort is within 20 to 30 minutes if Disney, depending on traffic. It is kind of tucked away off the main roads so it's quiet. One word of warning: know how to park your vehicle and be familiar with its dimensions. They have very strict rules about parking and are not afraid to enforce them. All of their paperwork is very straightforward about this, so it's not a secret, but it is good to be aware. Overall, this resort is great value for the money and is definitely somewhere we will stay again!
Located very one to Disney and other attractions. Nice little townhouse villas. Cozy but served out family of 6 perfectly. Pool and amenities are excellent. Tiny screen rooms on each unit. It was little, but just big enough for a private hot tub and table. Just what we needed. The pond has beautiful turtles in it and a nice fountain. Walking trail is very nice too. For the price, the location and amenities can't be beat.

We stayed Halloween 2013. Had a blast at Disney world resorts. The townhouse was large, plenty of room for 5 adults and 4 kids. It was great having a kitchen, making breakfast before headed out for the day. Very clean, the air conditioning was a godsend at the end of day, as it was so hot and humid while we were there...not complaining!
From the crib up stairs to the bedroom on the first floor this place is made for the family. Grandma and Grandpa to the baby room for all. The clean well maintained, townhouse was great fun for all. The hotbub and pool all to own for at least 2 hours before someone else wanted a turn. Right in the heart of everything. Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament, just around the block Told Town For all the rides and don't forget the Hounded House And just 15 to 20 minutes and we're at Disney. And a longweek is done.
